I think I can answer your high stance mode question, 4 times is what I remember is how often they used that mode with the rescue zords. First time is when, they fought general havic’s remodifyed zord, Second time is when, the blue stentierian was evil and using robo racer against the rangers, Third time is when, the angel grove forest was on fire. And the forth time is, when the rangers fought one monster without the red ranger’s help.

Even though Turbo was considered the worst season of Power Rangers, it did get better after Tommy, Adam, Kat, and Tanya left.

The series transformation of the Turbo Megazord was so gay!! The movie really captured the teamwork in forming a megazord.
